He was the one who exhibited gross neglegence and is passing it on to the agent that retired...still refusing to provide documentation that shows I dropped any insurance coverage that I had for over 20 years and was paying for as well! How do I provide documentation that doesn't exist Brandon? SCAM! My account was transferred to Brandon when my previous agent retired. It has been one headache after another working with him and his team. Money has been taken from my account in strange dollar amounts numerous times, coverage I had on cars for 20 years suddenly disappears and I find out when I actually need to file a claim…I now need to go to the Dept of Insurance because of his lack of professionalism, willful negligence and insistence on ignoring me when I am trying to get to the bottom of what has transpired to cause these issues and have them corrected. Do yourself a favor and pick someone else with State Farm. You will be glad you did!"
